Did you know that our Avis Arbor Women and Children's Shelter
houses 43 women and
children? Last year, City Mission assisted 220 women and 57
children, giving them
shelter, food, and medical assistance. We also provided the women
with case management,
counseling, recovery classes and job-seeking assistance. At City
Mission, we feel
honored to serve God through eliminating homelessness in the
region...one life at
a time.
